Today, I work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operating model design, partnering with leaders to shift from project delivery to product‑led value creation. Whether I’m redesigning ways of working, aligning portfolios to outcomes, or unblocking organisational bottlenecks, I’m driven by the same goal: make it easier for people to do great work and deliver what truly matters.

My journey didn’t start in transformation — it started in marketing, where I learned how to understand customers deeply and translate insight into action. That curiosity pulled me into product, where I led teams, coached emerging product talent, and helped build Perth’s product community through ProductTank. I loved the challenge of shaping ideas, aligning stakeholders, and creating clarity in ambiguity.

From there, I moved into consulting, working across resources, government, finance, agritech, and technology. I partnered with organisations navigating complexity, modernising their operating models, and building capability from the inside out. I learned how to bring diverse groups together, create momentum quickly, and help leaders make decisions with confidence.
